Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders from Paw & Whimsy delivered within Australia.

1. Free shipping within Australia

We offer free standard shipping to Australian delivery addresses. Any available delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout before you pay.

2. Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 24–72 hours. Processing may take longer during public holidays, high-demand periods or while payment and address details are being verified.

3. Delivery estimates

Standard delivery within Australia takes 4–6 days, including order processing. If your delivery is delayed, contact support@pawandwhimsy.com so we can help.

4. Carriers and tracking

Orders are sent with free tracked delivery via Australia Post. Your tracking link will be included in your dispatch notification.

Tracking can take time to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier. If tracking has not updated or the estimated delivery period has passed, contact support@pawandwhimsy.com with your order number so we can investigate.

5. Delivery details and missed deliveries

Check your address carefully before paying. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Changes may not be possible once fulfilment has started. Follow carrier instructions for collection or redelivery after an attempted delivery.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or non-collection, contact us to arrange the next step. Any additional delivery cost will be explained before a new shipment is arranged.

6. Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries

If your parcel is missing, damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact support@pawandwhimsy.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the appropriate remedy. Delivery estimates and carrier delays do not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Order cancellation

Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. Orders can be cancelled before processing or dispatch; once fulfilment has started, cancellation may not be possible. See our Return & Refund Policy for returns after delivery.
